Meet Josh

Josh Perryman founded Leaf It To Me in 2010 and has more than 20 years of hands-on tree industry experience.

When you contact Leaf It To Me, you'll deal directly with Josh from your first enquiry through to the completion of the job. He personally visits your property, provides the quote, discusses the safest approach and carries out most of the climbing and tree work himself.

Josh works closely alongside his experienced crew, helping keep the work professional and consistent with the level of care his business has become known for.

Raised in rural Victoria, Josh believes in hard work, honest advice and treating customers' property with genuine respect. Whether it's a large tree removal, precision pruning or palm removal, his focus is on doing the job properly and leaving every site clean and tidy.

Shae

Business Manager

Shae works behind the scenes helping manage and grow Leaf It To Me. She oversees finance, compliance, insurances, business systems and documentation, while also leading the company’s branding, marketing and business development.

After more than a decade working in law firms and supporting senior lawyers, Shae brings strong organisation, attention to detail and a calm, practical approach to the business.

As Josh’s fiancée and mum to their son, she is proud to support the business Josh built from the ground up and contribute to its continued growth.

Max

Truck Driver

Originally from the UK, Max joined Leaf It To Me soon after relocating to Australia and quickly became a valued part of the team. He obtained his truck licence and now plays an important role in transporting equipment and materials safely between jobs.

Max also supports the team with ground operations, site organisation and clean-up, helping each job run smoothly from arrival through to completion.

Friendly, dependable and willing to lend a hand, Max takes pride in his work and in delivering a professional service.

Oscar

Groundsman

Oscar has worked alongside Josh for more than five years and is a trusted, reliable member of the Leaf It To Me team. His experience on site helps keep each job running safely, efficiently and according to plan.

He assists with rigging, managing branches and vegetation, operating equipment where appropriate, maintaining an organised worksite and completing the final clean-up. Oscar understands how the crew works together and is always ready to step in wherever he is needed.

Hardworking, dependable and consistent, Oscar takes pride in his work and in leaving the agreed work area clean and tidy.
