Depending on the job and the site, quieter hours, pupil-free days or school holidays may be easier. The final timing is discussed with the school or centre rather than assumed.
Clear communication before the crew arrives
Choose a person who can identify the trees, provide access and answer questions about the grounds. A tidy handback
The written quote states what will be pruned, removed or cleared and what will happen to the material. Unless another arrangement is made, the crew removes branches, leaves and other green waste and cleans the agreed work area before handing it back to the site contact.
