General information
Website content is provided as general homeowner information. A page, article or form submission is not a tree-risk report, council approval, engineering opinion, emergency-service instruction or property-specific quote.
On-site quotes and service scope
Josh personally inspects the property before pricing tree work. The scope, access, green-waste arrangements and price for a job are confirmed through the quote process. Sending an enquiry does not commit either party to proceed.
Council, utility and property approvals
Tree controls vary by council, property and proposed work. Property owners or authorised representatives remain responsible for obtaining any approval required. Work near powerlines, public land or other infrastructure may require the relevant authority or an appropriately authorised provider.

Links to councils, emergency authorities, Google Reviews and other external services are provided for convenience. Their content, rules and availability can change, so use the relevant organisation as the current source of truth.
