From a resident concern to a clear quote
A request may begin with a branch over a balcony, a hedge blocking a path or several maintenance items across the grounds. It helps to identify the exact tree, hedge or area before the visit. Josh can then describe the work and clean-up clearly enough for people who were not on site to understand the quote.
The quote supports the property’s decision process; it does not authorise work by itself. The owner, committee or owners corporation remains responsible for approving the job and for any council consent required.
Residents, parking and shared spaces
Josh will explain which driveways, paths, parking spaces or courtyards need to be available. The manager or authorised contact can use that information to notify residents, organise vehicle movements and provide keys or permission for any private areas involved.
- Use one contact for the inspection and the work day
- Identify every included tree or common area
- Raise access restrictions and busy periods early
- Confirm approval before the booking is finalised
Comparing and changing the work
When comparing quotes, check the work included, access, green-waste removal and any exclusions as well as the price. If the requested work changes after approval, check it with Josh before the crew attends so the quote, permissions and resident communication stay aligned.
For properties that need repeat hedge trimming or pruning, Josh can discuss a sensible return visit after seeing how the grounds are used. There is no need to force every item into the same maintenance cycle.
