A clear quote for common-property work
Josh walks the grounds with the strata manager, property manager or authorised committee contact and confirms which trees or areas are included. The quote records the work proposed, access needed and what will happen to cut material so the people approving the job can understand it without having attended the visit.
For a managed house or investment property, the manager can organise the inspection and pass the quote to the owner. Authority to approve the work still rests with the owner or another authorised representative.
Planning around residents and shared access
Driveways, parking spaces, paths, balconies and entrances may need to stay clear while the crew works. Josh explains what access is needed and which areas may be affected. The authorised property contact can then arrange resident notices, vehicle movements, keys and any permission to enter private lots.

- Confirm any council or owners-corporation approval before work begins
One-off jobs and ongoing maintenance
Some properties need one removal or pruning job. Others may benefit from repeat hedge trimming, clearance pruning or vegetation management. Josh can discuss future work after seeing the grounds, rather than putting every property on the same schedule.
Unless another arrangement is written into the quote, the crew removes branches, leaves and other green waste and leaves the agreed common-property area tidy.
