Experience on council-managed sites
Josh has completed tree work on council-managed properties in the past. That experience is useful when a site has public access, several stakeholders or specific attendance requirements. New enquiries are still considered one at a time so the location, work and timing are clear.
Information to provide before the visit
Send the address, the trees or vegetation involved, the main contact and any dates or access limits already known. If the site has an induction, insurance-record request or supplier form, include it early so Shae and Josh can check what is needed before work is scheduled.

Access, timing and clean-up
Pedestrian routes, parked vehicles, public facilities and other contractors can affect when and how the crew works. Josh checks those details during the visit and discusses what areas need to be available. The written quote records the tree or vegetation work and the green-waste and clean-up arrangements.
