Fit the work around the property
A customer entrance, loading area, staff car park or delivery route may be busiest at a particular time. Tell Josh what cannot be interrupted and which areas can be kept clear. He can then look at the trees, the available work area and how material will leave the site before discussing timing.
Josh has completed work across a range of commercial properties, including sites for large businesses. That experience helps him ask the right questions, but every new property is inspected and quoted on its own details.
Make the paperwork part of the early conversation
If the business needs an induction, insurance records, access booking, work documents or supplier forms, send the requirements before a date is discussed. Shae and Josh can confirm what is available and complete agreed paperwork without leaving it until the crew is due at the gate.
- Name the contracting business and site contact
- List access, induction and insurance requirements
- Identify customer, staff, vehicle and delivery movements
- Agree who will receive the handback after clean-up
One-off work or planned maintenance
A single removal, damaged branch or vegetation-clearing job needs a clear description and timing. Repeat pruning or hedge trimming needs a sensible list of items and a return period that reflects the planting and how the site operates. Josh can discuss either after seeing the property.
Stump grinding can be arranged where required through a trusted specialist contractor. The Leaf It To Me crew does not carry out the grinding directly, and the written scope should identify the arrangement and finish rather than leave them assumed.
