Josh can record the stump dimensions, surrounding surfaces, access width and intended finish during the site visit. Stump grinding can be arranged where required through a trusted specialist contractor. It is not carried out directly by the Leaf It To Me crew.

Underground services, stones, fencing, irrigation and machine access must be checked. Property owners should provide any known service information before work begins.
What the written arrangement should confirm
- Discussion of the stump, access route and intended use of the area
- Confirmation in writing when a trusted specialist contractor is being arranged
- The specialist contractor’s agreed grinding depth, surface-root work and clean-up scope
- Any retained grindings or further landscaping stated separately in the agreed scope
