That conversation helps find a workable time without promising that every site can remain fully open throughout the job.

Inductions, insurance and paperwork

What the written quote covers
The quote identifies the trees or vegetation involved, the work included, access and green-waste removal. If opening hours, another contractor or a booked access window affects the job, those details should be settled before work begins.
Stump grinding can also be arranged where required through a trusted specialist contractor. It is not carried out directly by the Leaf It To Me crew, so the quote should state the specialist arrangement, access requirements and intended finish clearly.
Regular pruning or hedge trimming can also be discussed after Josh has inspected the property. The timing should suit the planting and the business rather than follow a generic maintenance package.
